COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor D. W. Osterholt, Wolfgang Penzel,
Sidney Pauly and Joan Meyers
COUNCIL STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Roger Ulstad and City
Assessor Robert Martz
The meeting was called to order at 7:40 PM by Acting Mayor Joan
Meyers. Roger Ulstad, City Manager, explained the reason for
reconvening the meeting of the Board of Review from June 5 to June 19
was to allow the City Assessor to review the appealed valuations.
The Assessor reported that all taxpayers that appeared before the
Tune 5th Board of Review meeting have been reviewed and, satisfactory
valuations have been applied .
Mr. Donald Sorensen, 7121 Willow Creek Road, Plat 57030, Parcel
6500, appeared before the Board to appeal his existing valuation.
The Board of Review members unanimously voted to reduce his
"�- estimated market value to $66,500. 00.
A motion was made by Penzel, seconded by Pauly, to adjourn the
meetirxj at 8:30 PM. Motion carried unanimously.
