The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Mayor David Osterholt.
City Manager Roger Ulstad gave a brief explanation of the purpose of
the meeting.

At 9:30 p.m. a motion was presented by Joan Meyers, seconded by Wolfgang
Penzel , to reconvene the Board of Review on June 19, 1975, at 7:30 p.m. ,
to allow the City Assessor to review the appealed valuations and report
the findings on June 19, 1975. The vote on the motion was unanimous.
