SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
November 2, 1974
MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor David Osterholt, Councilmembers: Sidney Pauly
Wolfgang Penzel. and Joan Meyers
STAFF PRESENT: Robert P. Heinrich, City Manager and John D. Frane,
City Clerk/Finance Director
The meeting was called to order at 9:55 a.m. by Mayor 0sterholt. After
a brief discussion, Mr. Penzel moved and Mrs. Pauly seconded a motion
to adopt Resolution No. 910, a Resolution appointing election judges
and rescinding Resolution No. 906. All voted aye.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 a.m.
