Mayor Osterholt called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Penzel, seconded by Mrs. Meyers, approving
Resolution No. 816 endorsing an act relating to the City of Eden Prairie and
the revised wording of said act. Motion carried unanimously. (Item VF-2/12/74

A motion was made by Mr. Penzel, seconded by Mrs. Pauly, to adjourn the '
Special Meeting at 6:00 p.m.
