City Council - 12/06/1967 - Special Meeting SPLC IAL COUNCIL MLLT ING 6 December, 1967
This meeting was called by Mayor Osterholt and Clerk Brown for the Council to
act as a Canvassin ; :�oard. It was called for Decemler 6, 1967 at 7:00 p.m.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Osterholt.

The Clerk read the report from the election judges. The vote by precinct is as
follows:

There were several void ballots anti there were write in votes for Cecil Cruse
and Don Rogers for Mayor.
In Precinct I. there were write in votes for Robert L. Kennedy, Paul Schee,
Rolf iiau ,en, Fred Schumtz, Dennis C. Marble, Bill Beckfeld, Bruce Bren, Mrs.
Dorothy Liligren, Willis Evert, Paul Auhbrect, Roy Jenson, Odmor Skjelbostad,
and Buzz Ault for 'T'reasurer.
In Precinct II, there were write in votes for Norman McDonald, Mildred Steinmetz,
Robert Kennedy, John Kennedy for Treasurer.
In Precinct III, there were write in votes for Vern Emersoi,, Jeiter Goetz,
Arthur Millez , George Johnstone, Robert Modeen and Mike Gerdts for Treasurer.
Motion was made by Alvin Bren, seconded by Arthur Miller, to approve the returns
as presented by the election judges and declare Mayor Osterholt re-elected as
Mayor for two _years, Warren Shultz elected as Councilman for a three year term
and Robert Lapic elected as Treasurer for a two year term.
The motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned by Mayor Oste , It at 7: 30 p m.
