City Council - 03/07/1967 - Special Meeting SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING 7 March, 1967
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Mayor Osterholt.
PRESENT WERE:
David Osterholt, Mayor Arthur Miller
James Brown, Clerk Paul Redpath
The purpose of the meeting was to consider the Insurance bids for the Village
of Eden Prairie and to award the bid.
The Clerk presented a break-down sheet showing the parties bidding and the
amount of money for the specific area they had bid.
He stated that all of the bids had been gone over by himself and an insurance
executive, an individual well versed in insurance programing and all of the
bids did meet the specifications.
Motion was made by Paul Redpath, seconded by Arthur Miller to award the bid to
the lowest aggregate bidder and return the balance of the checks of the other
" bids.
The motion carried.
