Council Meeting 14 December, 1965
The Eden Prairie Village Council met in the Village Hall on 14 December
at 8:00 P. M.
Present were:

ORDER OF BUSINESS:

Motion made by Alvin J. Bren and seconded by Kenneth E. Anderson
to approve minutes of 23 & 30 November, and 8 Decemeber, 1965, as pub-
lished.
Motion carried.
VOUCHERS
Motion made by Kenneth E. Anderson and seconded by Alvin J. Bren
to approve vouchers #2787 through #2865 for payment.
Motion carried.
TEMAN FEEDERS, INC.
Public Hearing. Notes on hearing in Hearing File No. 2.
Motion made by Kenneth E. Anderson and seconded by Alvin J. Brea
to table hearing until it January, 1966.
Motion carried.
MILLER BROTHERS PROPERTY
Public Hearing. Information in Hearing File No. 3.
Motion made by Kenneth E. Anderson and seconded by Alvin J. Bren
to instruct the attorney to draft an Ordinance to rezone per the re-
quest. As this will be the best zoning for the area due to new State
Righway #169 going through. Miller and Rogers abstain.
Votion carried.
VILLAGE LICENSES
Motion made by Kenneth E. Anderson and seconded by Alvin J. Bren
to instruct the Clerk to issue 1966 licensed for Well Drilling, Plumb-
ing, Saner and Cigarettes provided the application has met the terms
of the CGrdinance.
Motion carried.

to instruct the Clerk to issue 1966 Gravel Pit Licenses to 1965 License

Motion made by Alvin J. Bran and seconded by Kenneth E. Anderson
to table the license for 1965 until 1966 application is received.

to instruct the Clerk to have the Vil2age Hall cleaned at not to ex-
ceed $50.00.

Homestead cards, postage, etc.
Motion made by Kenneth E. Anderson and seconded by Alvin J. Bran
to authorize the expenditure of up to $150.00 for postage and printing
of the homestead cards.

VILLAGE MAP
Motion made by A. W. Miller and seconded by Kenneth E. Anderson
to authorize the expenditure of up to $30.00 for a small Village Map.

to adopt Ordinance No. 61 (resoning Wheaton - Thomas Property).

CONTRACT FAIN COUNT= SHERIFF
Motion made by Kenneth E.Anderson and seconded by Alvin J. Bran
to authorize the Mayor & Clark to execute the contract between Hennepin
County and the Village of Eden Prairie for Sheriffs' Police Service for
one (1) year starting 1 January, 1966.
