The Eden Prairie Village Council met in the Village Hall at 8:00 P. M.
on July 13, 1965.
Present were:
Donald A. Rogers, Yayor James C. Brown, Clerk
Kenneth E. Anderson Role' E. Haugen, Treas.
Alvin J, Bren W, Harlan Perbix, Atty.
A. W. Miller Quentin K. Wood, APW
ORDER OF BUSINESS:
A motion was made by Alvin J. Bren and seconded by Kenneth E.
Anderson to approve the minutes of June 23, 1965 and June 24, 1965,
Motion carried.

A motion was made by Kenneth E. Anderson and seconded by Alvin J.
Bren to approve vou.chers #21474 through #2534 for payment.
Motion carried.

The motion was made by Alvin J. Bren and seconded by A. W. Miller
to approve the contract, set the bond at $10,000., and authorize the
Mayor and Clerk to sign and authorize issuance of the license,

Zoning variance.
The motion was made by A. W. Miller and seconded by Alvin J. Bran
to grant a x-ari.ance ofthe 500 .foot restriction to 265 feet minimum from
the northwest corner stake, see Exhibit A.
