WATCHE:RS It was moved by A. W. Miller and seconded by Kenneth E. Anderson to approve vouchers M63 and #2466 through #2473 for payment. Motion carried. FO TO-MARK I.JCORPO RA TED It was moved by Alvin J. Bren and seconded by Kenneth E. Anderson to grant Foto-Mark Inc. a special use permit and approve the plot plan based on their application. Bren to grant a special use permit under Ordinance #48 in accordance with the Mr. Butler letter of June 22, 1965 and the plot plan, Motion carried. VACATING KT;JGSTON DRIVE It was moved by A. W. Miller and seconded by Alvin J. Bren to instruct the Village Attorney W. It was moved by James C. Brown and seconded by Kenneth E. Anderson to ask each of the Council and Zoning Board to check at their convenience, on Northern Contracting's Black Top Plant. Motion carried. NO'T r INGHAM FU PES'r It -vas moved by James C. Brown and seconded by A. W. Miller to instruct Quentin K. Wood to pr^sent a report., at the next meeting as to what would be required as satisfactory on the Nottingham Forest drainage problem. ORDINANCE #43 In regard to a change in Ordinance #43. It was moved by James C. Brown and seconded by A. W. Filler to adopt Ordinance #59 which amended Ordinance #43, Motion carried. MASON, CARTER, HAGEN, AND ASTELMRD It was moved by Kenneth E. Anderson and seconded by Alvin J. Bren to approve maps, approve contract, set bond at $10,000.00.* grant special use permit and grant licenses, and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign the contract.
