The Council met in Nottingham Forest on May 28, 1965 at 700 P. M.
Present were :
Kenneth E. Anderson, Trustee A. W. Miller, Trustee
Alvin Bren, Trustee James C. Brown, Clerk

The Council met at the site of the drainage problem in Nottingham
Forest on the Charles Carlson property with Mr. Carlson, Mr. Jerre
Miller., Nor. Undestad, Mr. Wolf and Mr. Archie Carter. In looking over
the area, there appears to be good and bad sections of the drainage
way. At the present time it is extremely unsightly and in no condi-
tion to be accepted by the Village. At this time the problem of satis-
fying Mr. Carlson is Mr. Undestad's as the developer. Mr. Undestad and
Mr. Carter must satisfy the Village as they agreed to make this work
.� at their expense. There are some legal involvements such as drainage
easements, storm water over private property, etc, and on these matters
the Attorney should give the Council an opinion. As this was a pri-
vate problem between Mr. Carlson, Mr. Undestad and Mr. Carter, Village
personnel will not involve themselves in doing this work. It was
also agreed that when all parties could come up with a drainage bray
satisfactory to all, including the Village, Mr. Undestad's escrow
money would be considered for release.
