The Council met in the Village Hall on April 28, 1965 at 8 P. M.
Present were:
Donald A. Rogers, Mayor A. W. Miller, Trustee
Alvin Bren, Trustee James C. Brown, Clerk
Kenneth E. Anderson, Trustee W. Harlan Perbix, Atty.
Quentin K. Wood, APW
ORDER OF BUSINESS:
MINUTES
There was a motion by Kenneth Anderson and a second by Alvin Bren to
approve the minutes of April 13, and of April 20, as published.
Motion carried.
VOUCHERS
It was moved by Kenneth Anderson and seconded by Alvin Bren to approve
vouchers ,#2302 through #2307 for payment.
Motion carried.
SHOOTING PERMITS
It was moved by Alvin Bren and seconded by Kenneth Anderson to approve
.22 rifle shooting permits for the balance of 1965 for David W. Brown,
Robert D. Twiss and Fred T. Maurer.
Motion carried.
GRAVEL PITS
Mr. Wood recommended issuance of licenses to Keith James and the B & R
Products for their pits.
It was moved by Alvin Bren and seconded by A. W. Miller to approve
permits for Keith James and B & R Products for 1965 with Mr. Wood to put
B & R Products t violation in writing with copies to the Mayor and Clerk,
and to request the B & R Products to advise in writing their intention to
comply.

WOODRICH PIT
An applicationvas received from the Woodrich Construction Company
for a 1965 license.
It was moved by Alvin Bren and seconded by Kenneth Anderson to refer
the application to Mr. Wood for preparing maps, contracts, etc.
Motion carried.
LAWN FOR VILLAGE HALL
There was a motion by A. W. Miller and a second by Kenneth Anderson
to authorize up to 100 yards of sod, if necessary, up to $25.00.
Mr. Stodola was tomke arrangements for seeding and Alvin Bren was
to secure the seed.
Motion carried.

ROAD NAMES
Kenneth Anderson moved and Alvin Bren seconded a suggestion that the
road names be referred to the Zoning Commission for recommendations.
Motion carried.
ANDERSON LAKE PARK
It Has moved by Kenneth Anderson and seconded by Alvin Bren to table
the request for a resolution.
Motion carried.
BOARD OF REVIEW
It was moved by Kenneth Anderson and seconded by Alvin Bren to set
the Board of Review for 8 P. M. June 24, 1965.
Motion carried.
GEBCO BUILDERS - ORLAN NARR

Thdre was a special use permit by Orlan Narr for Gebco Builders asked.
It was moved by Alvin Bren and seconded by Kenneth Anderson to grant
a Special Use Permit to Gebco Builders for a residence in a P.O.C. Dis-
trict. Ayes - Anderson, Bren, Miller Nays - Rogers, Brown

SEPMD BUILDERS - FOREST KNOLLS
Mr. Joseph Semrad is building on an unplatted area. Mr. Semrad did
not appear so no action was taken. Our attorney is to talk to him.
ROAD SIGNS
It was moved by Kenneth Anderson and seconded by Alvin Bren to authorize
the purchase of twelve (12) "30 MPH" signs, and twelve (12) nine foot poles.
Motion carried.
STATE HIGIPWAY
There was a request for resolutions, etc. and after much discussion
it was agreed that the State will draft a resolution and is to meet with
the Village.
