1he Council met in the Village Hall on April 20, 1965 at 8 P. M.
Present were :
Donald A. Rogers, Mayor Alvin Bren, Trustee
A. W. Miller, Trustee James C. Brown, Clerk

VOUCHERS
There was a motion by Alvin Bren and a second by Arthur 1,413-ler to approve
Vouchers #2308 through ##2309 for payment.
Motion carried.
EMERGENCY ROAD ►n?RK
It was moved by A. W. Miller and seconded by Alvin Bren to authorize the
hiring of Northern Contracting Co. and Maynard Jurgens, equipment and operators,
for emergency road repairs.

It was moved by Alvin Bren and seconded by A. W. Miller to authorize
hiring Leslie Kopesky's and George Moran's trucks for hauling on emergency
road repairs.
Motion carried.
It was moved by Alvin Bren and seconded by Arthur Miller to authorize
the hiring of James Irwin to cut trees on emergency road repairs.
Motion carried.
S BEET NAMES
It was moved by Alvin Dren and seconded by A. W. Miller to instruct the
attorney to draft an ordinance changing and correcting the following street
names :
1. Eden Prairie 66 from County Road 4 to State Highway 101 is to be
Duck Lake Trail.
2. 174th Avenue in Sunset Ridge Plat corrected to 175th Avenue.
3. State Highway 5 from Chanhassen boundary to the junction of
#169 is to be West 78th Street.
4. State Highway 101 from Minnetonka boundary to Chanhassen
boundary is to be 192nd Avenue.

STREET NAMES CONTINUED
5. The section of Duck Lake Road running east and west from
County Road #4 to Duck Lake Road running north is to be
West 72nd Street.
6. County Road #4 from the Minnetonka boundary to County Road
#1 is to be Eden Prairie Road.
Motion carried.
VILLAGE STATIONERY
It was moved by Alvin Bren and seconded by A. W. Miller to authoz-1ze the
Clerk to procure Village stationery with the Village Nall and new address on
it. Purchase stationery up to 1,30.00.
Motion carried.
RESOLUTIO14S NO. #93 AND NO. #94
It was moved by Alvin'Bren and seconded by A. W. Miller to adopt the
Resolutions No. #93 and No. #94.
Motion carried.
ROAD MONEY
It was moved by Alvin Bren and seconded by A. W. Miller to authorize an
add1tional -$2000.00 for emergency road expenditures.
Motion carried.
