`Ihe Council met in the Village Hall on April 10, 1965 at 11:30 A. M.
Present were :
Donald A. Rogers, Mayor Kenneth E. Anderson, Trustee
James C. Brown, Clerk Alvin J. Bren, Trustee
ORDER. OF BUSINESS:
REPLACEMENT FOR AL BRUCE
It was moved by Alvin Bren and seconded by Kenneth Anderson to appoint
Arthur W. Miller to replace Albert L. Bruce, Jr. (resigned) as Councilman for
the balance of Mr. Bruce's term.
Motion carried.
PARK BOARD
Mayor Rogers appointed Kenneth Anderson as the Council member to the Parks
& Recreation Board.
A motion was made by Alvin Bren which was seconded by James Drown to
approve the Mayor's appointment.
Notion carried.
SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY
It was moved by Kenneth Anderson and seconded by James Brown to appoint
Alvin Bren as alternate delegate to Suburban Nate Authority.
Motion carried.

ROADS r
It was moved by Alvin Bren and seconded by Kenneth Anderson that the
Council declare a State of Emergency exists on Village roads due to the flooding
and spring runoff.
Motion carried.
SURVEYING
It was moved by Kenneth Anderson and seconded by Alvin Bren to instruct
the Clerk to request the County Surveyor to do emergency surveying on Village
roads.
Motion carried.
1401 PLAN
It was moved by Alvin Bren and seconded by Kenneth Anderson to instruct
the Clerk to request information on 401 Plans and procure application blanks.
Motion carried.
