The Council met in the Village Hall on February 24, 1965 at 8 o'clock P. M.

ORDER OF BUSINESS:
MINUTES
It was moved by Alvin Bren and seconded by Kenneth E. Anderson to approve
the minutes of February 9th and 17th as published with the following corrections:
Kenneth E. Anderson was not present at the February 17, 1965 meeting.
J. Brown seconded Alber+ Bruce ' motion on the partitions.
Motion carried.
VOUCHERS
A motion was made by Kenneth E. Anderson and seconded by Alvin J. Bren to
approve vouchers #2155 through #2160 for payment.
Motion carried.

It was moved by Kenneth E. Anderson to go along with the Zoning Board but

It was moved by A. Bren and seconded by A. Bruce to adopt Ordinance #55.

OPEN HOUSE
Quentin Wood reported on the Open House progress. Everything is set for
Sunday.

HENNEPIN COUNTY HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT

It was moved by A. Bruce and seconded by J. Brown to forward to the
Planning Commission a request on an interchange at CSAH #62 and CSAH #61 for
recommendation.
Motion carried.
GRAVEL PITS
It was moved by A. Bruce and seconded by A. Bren to approve application for
permits to the following:
Alexander Construction Co. Eden Prairie Sand & Gravel Co. Anderson Aggregates
These are for the calendar year of 1965.
Motion carried.
PLUMBING ORDINANCE 4
It was moved by A. Bruce and seconded by A. Bran to adopt Ordinance ##56.
Motion carried.
PAY FOR PLUMBING INSPECTOR
�(^ It was moved by Kenneth Anderson and seconded by A. Bren to increase the fee
of the Plumbing Inspector to $7.50 for inside plumbing inspections and $5.00 each
for all recalls payable before inspection is nade.
Motion carried.
SUNSET RIDGE STREETS
It was moved by J. Brown and seconded by A. Bruce to withhold ary action on
escrow for 120 days pending removal of junk, tract house, clean up sump and clear
all spring drainage problems on streets.
Motion carried.

EDINA SEWER
It was moved by J. Brown and seconded by A. Bren to have Quentin Wood wake a
further study on this as to feasibility, area to be covered and projected costs. 1

MINING OPERATIONS
It was moved by A. Bruce and seconded by K. Anderson to ask the Planning
Commission to consider adding S-I Districts' Ordinance #48 to Sec. 5.11, Sub-
division 1 of Ordinance #8.
Motion carried.
WA TERS END STUDY
Gene Hickhock appeared to present information on basic requirements. Mr.
Quentin Wood is go get a breakdown and present to the Council cost and basic re-
quirement data by March 9th meeting.
EXTRA HELP BOAM
It was moved by K. Anderson and seconded by J. Brown to place Les Kopesky
on the Approved List for Extra Help Board for the Road Crew.
Motion carried.
