'the Council met in the Village Hall on February 17, 1965 at 8 o'clock P. M.
Present were:
Donald A. Rogers, Mayor James C. Brown, Clerk
Alvin J. Bren, Trustee Kenneth E. Anderson, Trustee
Albert L. Bruce, Trustee Quentin K. Wood, Engineer
ORDER OF BUSINESS:
RESOLUTION # 92
A motion was made by Albert Bruce and seconded by Alvin Bren to adopt
Resolution #92.
Motion ca cried.
INTERCHANGE LAND COST
It was moved by Albert Bruce and seconded by Alvin Bren that the complete
` cost of acquiring the necessary land for the interchange referred t6 in
Resolution #92 will be assessed against the benefited property owners.
Motion carried.
MOVABLE PARTITIONS
It was moved by Albert Bruce and seconded by Alvin Bren to authorize the
purchase of movable partitions from Rosemount Engineering Co. for $625.00.
Motion carried.

A brief discussion was held on GSAH 18 County Park relative to NSP and
Eden Prairie.

A discussion was had on fire numbers for the Village. It was requested }
that Dick Bren, Building Inspector, have a brief written report of his actions
for the Month of February for the meeting February 27, 1965.
