Holmgren, Bookkeeper ORDER OF BUSINESS: MINUTES A motion was made by Alvin Bren and seconded by Kenneth Anderson to approve the minutes of the August llth meeting as written. Motion carried. TOPVIEW ACRES WATER SYSTEM A motion was made by Kenneth Anderson and seconded by James Brown to table for study the report presented by Rieke-Carroll on a water system for Topview Acres. Motion carried. R a CONSTABLES Mr. Norman Larson appeared with suggestions for policing Eden Prairie, 1 wages for Constables, hours, etc. No action was taken at this time. EUGERTE SUSEYOM - ESCROW RETURN A motion was made by Alvin Bren and seconded by James Brown to release $3,000 in escrow monies to Eugene Susemihl. Motion carried. 1965 BUDGET PROPOSAL The 1965 Budge Proposal was presented by Treasurer Rolf Haugen and dis- cussed by the Council. No action was taken at this time. VILLAGE HALL FURNITURE P. S. Johnson's appeared with information and estimated figures on furn- iture for the Village Hall. They were instructed to work with Attorney Perbix about specifications and bids.
