A special meeting was held by the Village Council in room 308 in the
Eden Prairie High School on July 22, 1964 at 8 o'clock p. m.
Present were:
Alvin J. Bren, Acting Mayor James C. Brown, Clerk
Kenneth E. Anderson, Trustee Edna M. Holmgren, Bookkeeper

A motion was made by James Brown and seconded by Kenneth Anderson to
approve voucher #1705 for the C. W. Borresen Co.

co N. W. BELL_TELEPHONE RATES
A motion was made by Kenneth Anderson and seconded by James Brown to
invite N. W. Bell Telephone Co. to the August 11, 1964 meeting to discuss
rates.
Motion carried.
BOARD OF REVIEW
The assessment equalization hearing was held and the Assessor s books
were signed by the Council.
Meeting was adjourned at 9:30 p. m. i
