City Council - 06/16/1964 - Village Meeting June 16, 1964
The Village Council met in room 308 in the mien Prairie High School
on June 16, 1964 at 8 o•cloek p. m.
Present were:
Donald A. Rogers, 'Mayor Alvin J. Bren, Trustee
Kenneth E. Anderson, Trustee Edna M. Holmgren, Acting Clerk
Albert L. Bruce, Trustee
ORDER OF BUSINESS:
BIDS - GRAVEL. HOT MIX. M-C 3 OIL
A motion was trade by Kenneth Anderson and seconded by Alvin Bren to accept
the bids for road material .
Motion carried.
CLIFF THGMON HOUSE
A motion was made by Al Bruce and seconded by Kenneth Anderson to grant
a variance on the well construction for the Thompson property.
Motion carried.

A Notion was made by Al Bruce and seconded by Alvin Bren to hire William �
Holte for a 9 week period as Recreation Director at a salary of $800.00.
Motion carried.
