A notion was made by Zenneth Anderson and seconded by Alvin Bren to
accept Ordinance #42 in regaad to re—coning the Overman property.
Motion carried.
A motion was made by Alvin Bren and seconded by Immeth Anderson to
accept Registered Land Survey #_„_ and instruct the Mayor and Clerk to
sign same.
Motion carried.
