The Village Council of Eden Prairie met in room 308 in the Eden Prairie
High School an October 24, 1963 at 8 o'clock p. m.
Present: All members.
ORDINANCE #39
A motion was duly made by Kemeth Anderson and seconded by Alvin Bren
that the Village Council adopt Ordinance #39 which pertains to the re-zoning
of the Schultz-James property located in Section 1.16, Township 116, Range 22
lying east of School Road and South of State Highway #5.

PING HOURS
A motion was duly made and seconded that the polling hours for the December
3, 1963, Village of Eden Prairie election be set as 8sOO a. m. to 8:00 p. m.
