A special Council Meeting of the Village of Eder. Prairie was held
July 17, 1963 in the Lden Prairie High School at 8 o'clock P. M.

Bids and bonds were furnished,t:opened, and read from the following companies:

N motion was duly mane and seconded that Engineer, Carter inspect the bids
and tabulate the figures having them ready for Council action at the July 24th
me Sting.
Motion carried.
AL.EXANDER CONSTRUCTION CO.
A motion was duly made and seconded that the Village Council grant a special
use permit to the Alexander Construction Co. to operate a gravel mining operation
and bituminous plant on County Road #67, east of X. & St. L. RR. on property owned
by Kelly Realty Co. This property is located in N 1/2 of Sec. 3, Twp. 116, R 22
and zoned in distrists Y1 and ',*. They are to comply with the tetras of Ordinance #36
and Section 6 of ordinance shall become a part of the special use permit.
Motion carried.
COACHLIGHIT�R
.! A motion Was duly made and seconded that the Council instruct Engineer, Carter
to check and list the remaining work to be completed in Coachlight Manor. This
is to include additions on street improvements, the cost estimate of same, and
A escrow monies to be retained for final completion.
( Motion carried.
