A special meeting of the Town Board was held at 10 A. M. at the
American Legion Hall. All members were present.
All newly elected officers were notified and were present:. All were
sworn into office by clerk, Elmer E. Clark.
Mr. Donald Rogers, qualified for Mayor
Mr. Al Bruce "' " Trustee (3 year term)
Mr. Alvin Bren , " .. (2 year term)
Mr. Kenneth E. Anderson M (1 year term)
Mr. Rolf Haugen " " Treasurer
Mr. Elmer E. Clark " " Clerk
Mr. L. E. Whitmer " Assessor
Mr. Wk. Marshall " " Justice
Mr. Leslie Kopesky " " Constable
Mr. Norman K. Larson " " Constable
All bonds will be reviewed on January 1, 1963

Road Foreman 2.50.00
The state highway showed new maps of Highway #169 running both ways
from the clover leaf on highway #494. Many changes were under consideration.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.

That General Funds in the amount of $14 ,560.00 and Road and Bridge
Funds in the amount of $1 ,700 .00 be transferred to create an Escrow
Fund in the amount of $16 ,260.00 .

That Road and Bridge Funds in the amount of $7 ,230.88 be transferred
__..,..,. to the Improvement Fund to set up the balance unexpended for the
Kings Forest Improvement.
