City Council - 10/30/1962 - Special Meeting OCTOBER -#30th 1962
A SkECIAL BOARD meeting of the Town Board was held in
the American Legion Ball Oct. loth 1962 at 8 o'clock k .M.
All Board members were present Atty rerbixy and Eng. Carter,
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman Ur. Alvin
Bren. The minutes of the lust meeting were read and approved.
A MOTION was duly made and seconded that Ur. Swendseen be
be given a permit remove fill from his property on Hgy #lb provid—
ing Town Engineer kir. Carter view the project and drags up an
agreement which is satisfactory to the Town Board. Dr. uweendseen
to sign agreement and furnish $5000.00.

A kOTION was duly made and-seconded that the Town Board accept

Owned by the Subburban Home Realty Co.

A MOTION was auly made and seconded that the Town Board
accept the RFIA)CATIO.N of the Reach Road and the Ndtchel road in
Sec. 21 Twp 116 R 22. Motion carried

A MOTION was duly made and seconded that the Town Board
adopt R'F'S01-UrION # Regarding redistricting in the County
of Hennepin and the Clerk and Chairman be authorized to sign Same.

AMOTIO"N was duly made and seconded that a RESOLUTION for
for selling of $60,000.00 to the First National Bank of Hopkin be
adopted and the Chairman and clerk be authorized to sign same.

A MOTION was duly made and seconded that the Town Board
authorize the Town Engineer to proceed with plans; for the completion
of the road& in Yaradice valley and Oak Ridge Road.

A MOTION was duly made and seconded that a BO mile per hoar
sign be placed on I)uck.* Lake Road.
