` A MOTION was duly made and seconded that the Town Board authorize
The Cleric and Chairman to sign a RESOLUTION renewing the bonds with the
l'irst National Bank of Hopkins which cover the Street Improvement
Assessments in King Forest and Stevens Heights Additionsp in the Town
of Eden krairie, Minnesota. Motion carried.

A Special BOARD meetii:g was held Oct. llth-1962 in the American
Legion Hall. All Board members were present. The meeting was called
to order by she Chairman Mr. Alvin Bren. The minutes of the fast
Meeting were omitted.
Mr. Richard Hoganson was heard in regard to his license being
revoked on account of some work which was considered not acceptable
to Town k 1b. Inspector Robert Lansing.
A MOTION was duly made and seconded that TOWN & Country >:lb. Co.,
1`lumbing license be renewed on condition that Mx. Hoganson correct
the Plumbing on job in question within 3 weeks or Nov. 2nd-1962.
Motion carried.

$100.40 per month plus inc*dent:kal expenses. first project to be

Mr. Jerry Miller aPpeared before the Town Board in regard to getting
a permit for a small barn on his property the Roning Board investigated
the location of the building and in as much it complys with the building
Code they recommended to the :Town the issuing of a permit for same.
and the Town Board instructed Mr. Trutna Bld. Inap to grant Mr. Miller
a permit for a small barn on his property. p
