City Council - 10/11/1962 - Special Meeting Minutes con'td from Oct 9th meeting. ` A MOTION was duly made and seconded that the Town Board authorize The Cleric and Chairman to sign a RESOLUTION renewing the bonds with the l'irst National Bank of Hopkins which cover the Street Improvement Assessments in King Forest and Stevens Heights Additionsp in the Town of Eden krairie, Minnesota. Mr. Jerry Miller aPpeared before the Town Board in regard to getting a permit for a small barn on his property the Roning Board investigated the location of the building and in as much it complys with the building Code they recommended to the :Town the issuing of a permit for same. and the Town Board instructed Mr. Trutna Bld. Inap to grant Mr. Miller a permit for a small barn on his property. p
