City Council - 09/18/1962 - Special Meeting September 18th
A STffiIIAL BOARD MEETING was held on September 18th 1962
for the purpose of opening bids for Street Improvement in Kings
Court 2nd Addition:. Present Alvin Bren Chairman, Donald Rogers
Kenneth E. Anderson and Archie Carter Engineer,
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman. The last
minutes mcz were not reads
Bids were as follows
Black Top Service $8,783.50
Alexander Const co $11,224.0O
The Companies furnished the necessary Bonda s and the bid
was let to the Black-Top Service Co. for $8,783.50. &900 Cambridge
Ave St. Louis nark.
The re-zoning of the Mcquen-Bungard and Kopesky properties
were tabled until counsel is received by anezperienced planner.
A MOTION was made and seconded that Mr. Holasek get
permission fromm the property owner to do work for 200 ft. on rile Mile
Creek from the bridge on Willow Creek Road near Bryant Lake Ea*t to
State Hgy #189. Motion carried.
Weed law and the spraying leafy was dinscussed at length
on account of the law seemingly is being enforce to the limit in
Eden Prairie. Mrs. Samuelsons claim according to County weed
Inspector McQowen will have to be paid.
A Motion was made and seconded that the Town Board
accept the Bel lhurat flat subject to the approval of the Town
Engineer and Town Attorney. Motion carried.
