July 45th — 1962
+� A Special Board Meeting was held July 25th 1962 in the
Ameri cau Legion Hall at 8 o'clock k . It. All Board members were
present and several visitors:
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman Mr. Alvin
Bren. The reading of the last meeting minutes were ammited..
A MOTION was duly made and seconded that the Town Board
of the Town of Eden rrairie aI'Prove a RESOLUTION pertaining to the
location of a State Bank at Glen Lake in the Village of Minnetonka.

A MOTION was duly made and seconded that the BOARD grant
A SPECIAL USE PERMIT to W. H. Lueth &or the purpose of Building
a building on Hgy##169. Mr. Cieslek property, to be used for light
manafacturing. Motion carri ed.
A MOTION war_ duly made and seconded that the Holland Builders be
granted a permi t to move a 24' x 1201 bui Idi ng from Ri chfi eld onto
Ferth's property in the Town on Hgy#5. Escrow Bond to be required.
Motion Carried.
Y .S. Hollander Bldrs. furnished $39500.00 Boxed
The Treasurer drew as advance of $20,000.00 on the June
Apportionment.
There being no further business the meeting adjd.

On the evening of June 26th the Board met with Mr. chigger
at the Flying Cloud Ai rpert v to investigate Hanger Valuations .
July 30th 1962
A Special Board Metting was held on July 30th-1962 for
to purpose of opening BIDS on the Street improvement in Sterling
Field Addition. The following bids and certified bids were
received and openly read,

needed. Meeting was continued until Aug. 14th-1962.
A MOTION was duly made and seconded that Mrs . Stread make
avaiable all material and tax statements pertaining to out lot
in Sterling Field for Attorney kerbixv so that the matter can be
taken up at Aug. 14th meeting.
Motion carried. I
A MOTION was duly made and seconded that the Town Board
require either Bond or Escrow agreement on all lots in Westgate ,Addition
in the Town of Eden ]Prairie. Motion carried
