BOARD MEETING MINUTES AVRZL 25th — 1962
A SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING was held April 25th-1962 at the American
Legion Hall at 8 r.M. All members were present. The meeting was called
to order by the Chairman, The minutes of the last meeting were omited.
A MOTION was made by Don Rogers and seconded by Kenneth E. Anderson
that the Town Board approve the request of the Water Shed Dist. to put
in TWO well in Eden Prairie Township for testing purposes.
Motion carried
Water Shed Dist to be notified,
A MOTION was duly made and seconded that the Town Board &prove
a contract of Mr, Joseph Razic pertaining to the removal of dirt
and gravel from a Hill on County Road iilg. Grades and all other
conditions to meet with the approval of the Town Board and the
Town Engineer. Mr. Ruzic granted a permit on condition that no
building will be issued until full approval has been given,
The Clerk and Chairman are authorized to sign contract.
Motion Carried
A MOTION waa,, duly made and seconded that the Town Board Adopt
ORDINANCE # I-`a relating to Traffic Violations.
Motion carried.
There wag considerable discussion in regard to requirements

which should made on plats before they are submitted to the Zoning
Board for their consideration. It .was decided that the platter '•
comply with the platting ordinance in every detail done by their
own. Engineers before presenting the preliminary plat,
The Town Board to meet with the Zoning Board at nest regular
meeting of that Board.
