A SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING was held Bec. 31st-1962 at
8 P. M. in the American Legion Hall; Present all Board
members and a few visitors:
The Meeting was called to order byt the Chairman Mr.
Donald Rogers. The minutes of the last meeting were read
and approved as read.
W A VOTION was duly made by Alvin Bren and seconded by
Cn Kenneth E. Anderson that the Olson & Anderson Co be granted
Q a permit to build a temporary building to be used for a
LtJ warehouse and office on property known as Reg Land survey
CL oL #1001. Jarabeck property.
Motion Carried
A MOTION was made by Kenneth E. Anderson and seconded by
Alvin J. Bren that Frank Garrison be given a permit to
O move a house that has been inspected by the Zoning Board
m and Building Inspector on a lot in Eden heights Addition.
Providing Garrison furnish bond atificent to cover platting
the house in acceptable condition after moving.
Motion Carried
A MOTION was duly made and seconded that the County of
Hennepin be given permission to sell at public sale 2
tracts of land in Birch Island Additions known as Tract
A — kmc Parcel #38212 and Tract E. Parcel $38213 — Reg.
Land survey #261.
A Motion was made and seconded that the Town Board authorize
the Town Clerk and Chairman to sign the Road contract of
Marcus Jones,, for Edenwood Ridge plat.
Motion carried
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
