the )old of the Wx Ziegler Co. on a Cat # 12 Patrol Grader
of $;c3:342.00.

It was docided to investigate used snow plow which the
Ziegler Co. has on hadd, in their shop.
s motion was made Ivy Kenneth I. Anderson and seconded by
Alvin Bren. that the aroeer Town Official lee authorized to
negotiate with the 1 st Vatl. Bank of Hopkins for the purpose
of obtaining a loan on a caterrsillar #12 Series 3 grader in an
amount not to exceed 420,000.00 and upon the best terms possible
and further that they be authorized to sigr, any and all. papers
nessory to accomplish same.
