City Council - 05/10/1960 - Town Meeting THIS CERTIFIES that at a regular meeting of the Town Board of
Supervisors of the Town of Eden Prairie held on the 10th day of May, 1960,
the following resolution was unanimously adopted:
"Be It resolved that the Town Board grant a variance
from the strict requirements of ordinance number 6,
subdivision 1 , and issue a building permit for the
construction of a home to be located on the Eastone—
half of the East 208 feet of the Morth 208 feet of the
Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 8,
Townshjp 116, Range 22."
