The Town board of the Town of Eden Prairie net at
the American Tegion Hall Sep. t0th - 59 at 8 o'clock
for the purpose of acting on a Road petetion(vaction
of a part of the Road known as the School. Road.)
The sleeting was recessed to Meet at the School
Building. Present all Town Hoard members Don Rogers,
x'ivivi hren, Kenneth Anderson and Elmer E. Clark Clerk.
Also School Board members Harry Piohas Homer Paguet and Ernie s
Hone and sir. Woods Superintendent-M �
After considerable discussion in regard to which
party should secure the easements for the right- a - taV
for fature roads the School Board ?fade the following
(, Resolution ; ' Be it resolved that the School Board of
Independent School Dist. #272 Eden Prairie, Henn. Co. a
Minnesota agrees to obtain an easement 66 ft. wide for
Road purposes over and across the NJ of theSJ of Section 16-
Twa. 11. 6 - R ZZ as described in the plated survey shown
to the Town Board and lying between State Hgy.,#5 and Scenic It
Heights Road" Motion Carried
The Town then wade the following Resolution; Ken.
Anderson made and alvin Bran s000ndeds
be it Resolved that the Town Board Adopt Resolution
j#1.4 granting the petition prayed for.
There being no further business the meeting ad jouned.
