The Aeeting was called to order by the Cha.irxan sir.
Rogers. The minutes of the last meeting and the financial
statement were read and approved an read.

Clerk be instructed to signs the Excelsior Fire Dept9°n6Si 9� -

A motion was Made ar+d seconded that the ap^1 ication
of .1r. W. J. Sime for "On and off" beer licenses be
be received and place on file.

A 2iotior was made and seconded thatthe Clerk and chairman
be authorized to sign the Road contract of Joe brad covering
the roads in his King's Court addition.

Resolution ## 13 A resolution ordering a hearing on proposed
&,mendeaent to Zoning Ordinance for the Town of Eden Prairie.
Motion Carried
A motion was m-Ade and seconded that the clerk be instructed
to request the county Surveyor to ,lake a survey of Kurtz Cane
in Birch Island acres Addition.
