The Town Board held a Special Meeting at the American
T.egion Halt July 27th 1959 at 8 Welook P. U. Present
Ur. Don Rogers Chairman. Kenneth Andersran & Alvin Bran
Supervisors. Eimer Be Clark Clerk and A.W. Miller. Treas-
u er. Harlin Perbix and Ur. Carter.
The meeting was called to order ley the Chairman.
The reading of the last meeting minutes were not
read.
Mr. Kresse was heard in regard to the condition of the
rsdd in 3sterhille Addition and it was agreed that Mr.
Kress& put an additional. 50 loads of gravel *lay mix on
road. W. Carter and Ray Stodola to most on Monday
Aug. 3rd 1959 to inspect the job and report to the Board.
A motion .%,as made and seconded that sir. PI. ehal furnish
Contur 11.ap, $10,000 Bond, get the tasm&l $25.00 permit, one
year duration.. .Mr. Ilerbix to prepair a contract with such
exclusions as rubbish, cans and so forth.

A motion was RDA* and seconded that unless T.mnd Home Betild-
ars Inc. make arrangements on July 28th 1959 to furt�isk the
necessary bond to insare the completion of the roads in Eden
View ,Addition, that the proper Town Inspectors stop all work
In the project.
Carried
Auction was made and seconded that The Town Board
vacate that portion of the School Road as described as
attached demoription;
Proceeding to be started as soon as possible.

The Town. Board met at the American Legion Hall
Aug 11th at 8 O'viock P. A. Present Donald Rogers.
Chairman, Kenneth T. Anderson & Alvin Bren Supervisors

several visitors.
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman
;fir. Rogers who called for the reading of the minutes
of the previous meeting, also the financial Stateaent.
The minutes of the last nestingand the financial
report were read and approved as read.
Considerable dissoassion arcs had over the water
Eking Show to be held on Bryant's Lake Sunday Aug.
23rd 1959$ The Town Board decided to disapprove
of the shorn and the clerk was instructed to notify
�^ Sherriff Williams of the action.
A inoyion was made and seconded that the Board
adopt the recommendation of the Plambing Inspector
in regard to lot }fit in Padon Downs Addition. Content
of letter " I reoonuend that Urs. Stread fill this lot
1 5 inches above grade of Hgy #66 and install a 10 inch advert
the across the back of the lot to connect with the
culvert 1 eadinF to Duck Lake. This will give drainage to
the whole block. Back fill to be bank run gravel. when
this is done three good building lot can be had: in the
development-0

A motion was wade seconded the the Town Board Adopt the
road in Ssterhills Addition known as Franklin Lane.
