CLARK. Clerk y The Town Board not July 14-1959 at a o'clock P. M. in the American Legion Hall . all regular Board members were present The meeting was called to order by the Chairman Mr. Rogers. The Clerk read the minutes and the monthly financial reports and after the clerk corrected the motion in regard to the roads in rings Forest Addition. Motion oarried as corrected. A notion was made and seconded that the Clerk be instruoted get in touch with Mrs. Camghran of the Henn Co. Relif in regards Relief furnished 'Ars. Clara Smith in 1958 and advise her that the TWn of Eden Prairie will pay the bill upon receipt of a .. verified account. Ravenholdt had decided that he would not handle beer in his store this year therfor, A Motion was made and seconded that his approval for a beer lieense Us hereby resinded. Motion carried Ur. Collins and Mr. Turnball Appeared before the Board in regard to drainage and Culverts in Icing's Forest Addition matter left for further investigation. A. motion, was made and seconded that the Town take care of the Culvert situation on Holly road to the extent of locate ing old culvert and replacing 1t with a new culvert. Motion carried i A notion was made and seconded that Building permits be held up on lots i5 & #6 until Ur. Carter, Mr. Miller and Luse Stread meet and thoroughly investigate the drainage condition with Mr. Turnball . Kings Forest Addition. ir.
