Annual 'Town :fleeting
The innual meeting was held at the r„aerican T.egion Fall
-arch 1 0 195';-%. the meeting was orginize.d at ten Am
a :.�oderator was elected and on account of the small +
attendance the h.'eetin,g vans adjourned until 1 :30 P. :i.
When the meeting convened at 1 :30 and was called to order b
by the t..oderator M.r. Ralph Vesbitt. Cal? of the meeting eras
read. The Clerks report and the Treasurers were read and
approved as read. The budget proposed by the Town Board
was approved. A motion that the Town board formulate
a plan for the instul a.t ion of a uniform Street Sign system.
A motion was made that the Assessor pay be $1.2000per die:n
plus .06 cents per mli a and that the Town Board fix the
salaries of the Assessors deputies and approve same.
Town officers to receive $1.2.00 per diem.
After considerable discussion of many subject the meeting
adjourned.
Kenneth E. rirderson was elected Supervisor for 3 yrs.

R.O. :.-arshal l was elected Assessor for 2yrs.
T.. P. Jarrett was elected Constable for 2yrs.
Ic William '.:arshall was elected Justice for 2 yrs.

The Town voard met at the American T,egion Hall at
8 o'clock P.M. A17Board members and newly elected candidates iI
were present.
The meeting was call ed to order by the Clerk* who
administered Oaths of office to the following elected men.

On motion duly made and seconded The First "atl Bank
v. s designated as the Town depository for Town funds for
thR year 1959. Carried.
