The minutes of the last meeting and the financial report ware
read and approved as read.
A motion was wade and seconded that Ralph Johnson be paid I
his regular salary for :he month of Jar..1959, the difference between
his regular monthly pay of $325.00 and the $45.00 he received from
workmens Comp. insurance. This to compensate him for the two
weeks time he lost as a result of the injury incurred on the job. i

toadvertise for bids on a 2 ton truck to take the place of the
International truck which is to be scraped. �

Platt be adopted.

A motion was made and seconded that the old InternationU
truck be ;Wade into a trailer for the sum of $125.00

equipment and

The full Board met at the Garage checked all the
equip-ment and decided to salvage the dump Body on the old Inter-
national truck and have It repaired so that it can be used on
the new truck when purchased.
rho Board viewed the roads in the Riley Lake plat of
3ertil Johnson and made the foil.owing motion.
On motion duly made and seconded that if '.1r. Johnson
put in writing as others have done what he will do to the
present road bed and agree to stand back of the work to be
done, and it is Okd by the zoning Board. the Town Board will
take over the Roads in his plat.
