The regular weeting of the Town Board was held Dec9th

The minu'es and the financial report of the previous
meeting were read and approved as read. The meeting was
celled to order by the Chairman Mr. Kenneth E. 'Lnderson
A motion was duly made and seconded that the Town Board
of the Town of Eden Prairie adopt Amendenment # 10 per-
talmAng to the Re-Zoning of the Tm. Sime, property in See.
10-Twp." '1 6-r22 from residential to industria'T
Motion carried 3 yeas & 0 nays
"r. •.ind was heard in regard to opening a gravel pit
on. Co. Road #1.8. After considerable discussion of the
matter the following motion was duly made seconded and
carried that the denial reco=endation of the Zoning
Board be approved.
Notion carried 3 yeas & no-nays
A ,,`otion was duly made and seconded that the l etter
from Otto Sharber requesting the mown noeu-41 a rental
fee for the use of John Deere Crawler Tractor. The clerk
to answer rejecting the request and plaoing the letter on
file.
Motion carried 3 yeas & no nays
On account of conflicting meetings the Joint meeting
of the Town Board and Zoning Board pall ed for Deac. 7 2th
1958 be postponed until after the 1st of the year. This
meeting was to be for the purpose of adopting or considering
a new platting amendement.

The chairman called aspeeial meeting at the Garage
for the purpose of inspecting all the Town Equipment
The Board wade recommendations for repairs on some of
the Equipment .
