Special meeting Oct . 8-1958
A Special Board Ueeting held Oct. 8th 1958. at the Amer.
T.eg!on Hall 8 O'clock P. U. Present all, Board mem;;:. s. Mrs.
Stread, Mr. Carderalle, Mr. Carter and Der. Matrinson.
After considerable discussion Mrs. Stread agreed to put in writing
~` Specificati".a in regard to roads in her platted edit ions after
after decisions have been reached by meeting with our 8ngineer
Mr. Carter Mrs. Stread and Suyveor :fir. Carderell e. A date
on the following Tuesday was set for confreence. Ur. Carter
took Mr. Ma*tinsons letter for revision, Ur. Kresse was also
aske4 to furnish the required letter, complying with the Boards
requirements in regard roads.

Specs-for crawler type Tractor were prepared, advertised and
mailed out to six diferent dealers. Date for opening bids
Oct . T 4th-fib at 8 0'al ock P. M.
There being no further business the meeting adj.

The meeting was held Oct 14th-1958 at $O'cl ock P. U.
at the Amer. Legion Hall . All members present.
Three bids were received by the Clerk with the peccary
Cashers checks attached. The bids were opened and they
