Special Board Meeting Sept 9th-1958 [
This was a special meeting on election day with the State & Co.
weed inspectors and the Town Board was shown the results of
spraying done with the different makes if spraying materials.

The Town Board met at the Amer. 'region Hall Oct. 2 - 1958
at 8 O 'clock P. Uo Present Kenneth $. Anderson. Don Rogers
Alvin Bren, A. W. Miller Treas & Elmer E. Clark Clerk.
The Meeting was called to order by the Chairman Kenneth
E. Anderson.
The minutes and financial report for the month were read
by the Clerk and approved by the Board.
A motion was made seconded and carried that the propsal
made by T.und Bros Ino in letter attached in regard to the
adoption of the roads in Eden View Addition. R and bras Inc,
agreeing to repair Roads this fall and finish them according to
specifications in the spring of 1959,

A motion was made and seconded that Mr. Simons, ter. Carter
& A.W. Miller meet at a future date to be fixed for the purpose
of Inspecting the Court road in the Sden Prairie School Add.
and determining just what is necessary to be done before the
Road can be adopted by the Town Board .

A motion was made and seconded that all platted property owners
furnish the Town Board with a written signed statement in regard
to meeting the requirements for all roads in platted property.
