The Regular meeting of the Town Board was held Sep.
3rd 1958 on account of the primary Election being on the
regular meeting date. Present all members of the Board
also three Zoning Board members, Mr. killer, Mr. resbitt
Tony Hirt and Attorney Perbix. A few visitorst i
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman
Mr. Anderson. The minutes of the last meeting were read
and approved as read. The Monthly financial report was also
read and approved.
A motion was made by Dan Rogers and seconded by Alvin
Bran that T.indsey, Carter and Associates Inc. be asked to
view and reeomend what should be done befor the Town takes
over the following Roads c

Padon ,Downs

Sterling Addition
3den School Addition

A Notion was made by Alvin Bren and seconded by Don
Rogers that the ,application of Mrs. Dahlgren for a permit i
to have dog kennel for the purpose of Breeding and raising
small dogs on the Graupman farme be referred to the Zoning
Board for their consideration and recommendation.
Motion carried
Resolution entering in to contract with the Sub. Hann* Cc
Relief organization was placed on file in the Clerks
Office
A motion was made and seconded the Mr. Trutna our
Building Inspector be authorized to stop Mr. Sewall from digging dirt
until such time as he compl eswith the Town ordinanoe,
and that he leaves the pit in a safe condition.

A motion was made by Don Rogers and seconded by
Alvin Bren that the Road Petetion of Richard Bren be
received and placed on file, pending a reoommandationby
Carter and ,associates Ina.

A motion was made by Alvin Bren and seconded by
Don Rogers that the Clerk and Town Attorney draw up Specs
and advertise for bids on Tract - Type Tractor Loader

A motion was made and seconded that Harold Miller be a
appointed constable to serve at the Primay election to be
held Sep. 9th 7958 in the American 7.egion Hall.
Motion Carried
A date to view controversial roads was not set
it to be on the *all of the Chairman•
