The Regular Board meeting of the Town Board was held
at the American Legion Hall Aug. 12 1958 at 8 o'clock P.M.
Present all Board members Harlan Perbix and many
visitors :
The Meeting was called to order by the Chairman Mr. �
Kenneth E. .Andersons who called for the reading of the minutes
of the last meeting. The Clerk read the minutes and financial
report for the month.
A motion was made seconded and carried that the minutes
and monthly report
Mrs. Melberg�a be roved as read.
on asking for repairs on the Kurtz
r ane Road after some discussion A Motion was made seconded
and carried that the potation be received and tha Clerk
be instructed to place same on file.
A motion was made seconded and carried thU-the clerk order

12 strong post for posting slow signs on* (children) 2 signs
on Kurtz rave - 2 on Eden Road do 2 on Starring Addition.

A motion was made seconded and carried that the Town Board f'
will Co-operate with the Citizens Organization in their plan
for a Town Picnic. E
Sm*z Aug. 25th at 8 o'clock P.M. date not for viewing
the Roads in Eaterhills and Kings Forest additions. {

There being no further business the meeting Adjourned

In Esterhills Addi�lon end the Kings Forest addition. Ro
action was taken on the 25th of Aug 1958 that being left
for next regular meeting of the Town Board•
