The Tow, Hoard met at the American Legion Hall July
( 14th 1958 at 200 pe M. for the purpose of tax equal ification.
Present Chairman Kenneth Anderson - Supervisors Don Rogers and
Alvin Bren- Eimer Be Clark Clerk - George Dredge Assessor and
many citizens, as well as a representive from the County
Supervisors' Office.
The Board reviewed the Assessors accounts and listings
making some making some corrections both ways. NR. Dredge
asked for more time to balance the books and make minor
changes.
Several machine men were heard in regard to Tractors
and loader which the Town needs so badly. After hearing
about the different types of Tractors and loaders the
Beard decided that they should see the different machines
at work be fore advertising for bids. The Clerk was
instructed to make appointments with the different Com-
panies for demonstrations. The has been done and The
Board has seen the Ford ( Desil e) - Oliver- Case & John
Deere at work as on the job.
There being no further business the meeting
adjpurned.
