Regular Board Meeting
July 8 - 1958
The Regular monthly Board meeting of the Town of 8den Prairie
was held July 8th 1958 at • o•olock P.M. in the American Legion Hall.
Present; all Board Members, Mr. Perbix and a group of citizens.
( The meeting was called to order by the Chairman Mr. Anderson.
l The Clark read the ainates of the last meeting,&$ well as,the
monthly financial report and they were approved as read.
A motion was made by Alvin Bren and seconded by Don Rogers, that
the ,proposed plat of lots 5-6 do 7 auditors Subdivision #335
submitted by Mr. •m. Jarrett be accepted as tentative Plat
Stub foot to Clearance by the Town attorney of Ingress and Bgress.
Carried 3 yeas & 0 Ways
A motion was wade by Don Rogers and seconded by Alvin Brun that
the question o2 the possible re-zoning oh the 'Land on which the
4 1 icensed gravel, pits are located and the question of mixing of
Bl aoktopping be referred to the Zoning Board for consideration.
Carried 3yeas & 0-nays
A Motion was madey1 Alvin Bran and seconded by Doti Rogers
that the application o move his trailer on to Mr. Garrisons
property be rejected, as per the recommendation of the Zoning
Board, and Uro Aune be advised to move else where.
Carried 3yeas & 0 - nayes
A motion was duly made and seconded that the Town Board me,3t
July 17th-1958 with the Town Board of Minnetonka on the
question of exohanging the west J half of Town line road for
the grit J half of same.
Carried 3 yeas - 0 - nayes
A motion was duly made and seconded that the Town Board get
an estimate on the widening of that portion of the road known
as Research road. The work in question to be done on the
South and Ashore the road intersects with County # 4.
Carried 3 yeas - 0 - nayes
A motion was duly made and seconded that the Clerk, at the
proper time contact the Co. Suyveyor for a survey of same.
Carried 3 yeas - - O nayes.
