City Council - 06/10/1958 - Town Meeting Monthly Board Meeting June 10-1958 The monthly Board m sting of the Town Board or Eden Prairie Was held dune 10-1958 in the American T.egion Hall at 8 O'oloek P. Us All members were present and t1he Zoning Board, also about 35 visitors. The meeting was called to order by the chairman Mr. Ken- s neth E. Anderson. x The minutes of the last meeting and the monthly financial reports were read and approved as read. e The following Resolution was presented for adoptions Be it resolved that the Town Board of Eden Prairie Twp. accept the attached petition for the vaoation of the Town Road (Known as the Bluff Road) as it has heretofor existed over and X across the Southwest { of the Northeast } of Section 38, Township 118, R. 22, and that the said petition be, and the same is hereby in all respects, granted. The above Resolution was unamiously Adopted June 10-1958. vote 3yeas & no nays e Reference also made to original new road petition and petition for the vaction which is shown on Map filed with same in Clerks record. Mr. Wm. Sims was heard in re- his zoning problem. He was asked to write letter stating the particulars of case in question* Mr. Jeppeson was heard on Jarrett or Lund plat and he was advised to revise the Plat in some respects and present same to tp the Zoning Board for their consideration. k motion was made and seconded that the Town Board would not accept the Roads in The Zeterhills Addition until they meet with the approval of the Town Board. Carried. A group were present in connection with the wuisabce,Petition signed by the following person living near the Flying Cloud Air Port . It finally decided to met as group at a future date to investigate the extent of nuisanoe. The Clerk was instructed to write a letter to the Town Board of Minnetonka, attting that the Town Board of Eden Prairie would be agreeable to the exchange of the west] of the Town Tine read for the Saab. The Young ladies living on 4akridge road were heard in re- their Road probl am but in as much as the Town has not as yet adopted the Road in question they were referred to Mr. 3mil Kutoher.
