The Town Board of the Town of Eden Prairie met at the American T,

T.egion Hall at 8 O'olook P. M. All members of the Board were
present. There were 20 visitors.
( The meeting was called to order by the Chairman Mr. Kenneth
Anderson.
The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved as
read. The financial report for the month was al so read and
approved.
A motion was made and seconded that the Town Board accept
the proposition made by the County Board in regard to the
repairing of Sdon Prairie #66 from Duok Lake Road to Cc Hgy
ss so bad frost boil on #66 mast of Go. Road #4. The
County to withhold the Town allotment and apply same on cost
of construction work.

A motion was made and seconded thatour attorney write a letter
tb Hanson & 3ricksone Melvin Pavelkae Ta%ndine& McNabb asking
them to attend a meeting in regard possible controls for their
present opperations in business. This meeting not for May 27-58 j
and called on acoount of many complaints about same.

Mr. Wier was beard in regard to moving certaing buildings
on to his property. The matter was referred to the Zoning
Board for their inspection and decision.
Mr. Mitchell decided to have condemnation proceedings started
for a road into his property
Date for hearing on vaoat inn of a part of Road known as bluff
road be set for the next Regular Board meeting June 10th at
8 0'01 oak P. Me Ct ark to Post the three notices befor May
30th-1 958.
A motion was made asoonded the the Board have 6 signs made
reading SI.Off WATCH FOR CHIT.MBW instead of 20 mil a speed signs.
Two to be placed on Eden Road and 4 for other pl scone

The overall ordinance and map of the Townsip was ordered
published. and 500 copies were ordededin book form including
map.
Ordinance # 9 was adopted
On motion it was deoided to have a 5 man Zoning Board

Mr. I.• Pe Jarret's request for Telophone set up in his car ,
was tabled e
Road Comm. Johnson was instructed to purchase 8 tires for
equipment.
