The Regular Board meeting of the Town of Eden Prairie
was held at B O'clock P. M. at the American T.egion Hall.
Present all Board members , Mr. Trim from Minnetonka
and about 50 visitors.
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman Mr.
Kenneth Be Anderson.
The minutes or the last three meetings were read and
approved as read. The monthly financial report was also
read and approved.
Mr. Buford Olson presented a road change petition
which is a continuation of a Road FetAtion allowed
M. F. Schutt in 1944 but which for various reason never
was completed.
Mr. Olson has agreed to furnish the land and par
for the grading of same providing the Town does the graveling
and maintains the sauce.
A motion was made and seconded that the Town Board
accept the proposal of Mr. Olson and the Clerk be instructed
to request the County Suyveror to survey and lay out same.

Mr. Edwin Dvorak spoke very well in regard to the
obnoxious aspects of our every growing junk yards.
A motion was made and seconded the the Junk problem
be referred to the Zoning Board and our attorney for any

A motion was made and seconded that the clerk be

be appointed Road Commissioner for the yearl958-59
Salary to be $325.00 per month with 2 weeks vacation.
