Board Meeting Febl 1-1958
The Regular monthly Board meeting of the Town of Eiden
Prairie was held Feb. 1758 at 8 o•ol ook P. M. in the
American Legion Hall *
Present all Board members & Attorney Perbix.
The minutes of the last two meetings were read and
approved as road.
The yearly financial report was read and approved as
read.
A motion was duly made and seconded that otaims #379-
380-381 -382 & 3W be paid and included in 1958 business.
Motion Carried
A motion duty made and seconded that the Archie Kutcher
plat in regard tp T W/3 &ores trot be referred to the Zoning
Board for their investigation and recommendation.
Motion Carried
Clerk to look up papers and resolution by which the Town
Board adopted the Road known &s the Frank Brion Road.
A motion was duly made and seconded that the Board %am-
porairly accept the Contraot of the Shakopee Fire Dept.
until Mr. Perbix has an opportunity to Confer with
( City Attorney Collier of Shakopee.

A motion was made 14-seconded tAI the wick Meyers case be
referred to Mrs. Caughlin and Relief Supervisor.
