The Regul x Board meeting of the Torn Board of the
Town of Eden Prairie, Minnesota was held at 8 o•cl ock P.M.
Jan. t 4-1.958 in the American T,egion Hall .
All Board members were present and 25 visitors.
The minutes and fin`noial reports were read by the
clerk and accepted as read.
On motion it was decided to have a special meeting
for the purpose of the Boards audit of the Town accounts
for 195J-58. so that the books can be closed in order to
give the CPa time to complete the public audit before the
Annual Meeting. Time of this meeting to be l o'clock
P. U. at American T.egion Han rob. 4th 1958.

On motion duly seconded and carried the Board
refered the Shakopee Contract to our Attorney for his
consideration and advise.
Mr. Wier Shenk was heard on his request to move
certain buildings on to his property. The matter was
refeazed to the Zoning Board for their consideration,
A motion was made seconded and carried that a hearing
on the adoption of the Zoning ordinance be set for Feb. l2th 1958

A Motion was made seconded and carried that the Town Board
proceed with getting information on Postal numbering of
homes for the mail route known as Hopkins RR#2.
A motion wab made seconded and carried that the
Baker-Maoousky road oondemnstion matter be adjourned until
next Regular Board. meeting.
There being no further business the meeting
Adjourned til Feb. 4th1958.
