The REGUT.AR Meeting of the Eden Prairie Town Board was I
Eel d at 8 a'el oak F. M. at the American Legion Hall . The �
following membors were Present. Kenneth B. Anderson Chairman
Don Rogers Supervisor - Alvin Bren Supervisor - A. W. Miller
Treasurer and Elmer Be Clark Clerk also a group of visitors.
The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved
as road. The monthly financial report was read and approved
as read. All clalms wres approved and orders were drawn for
sem or and they clerk was instructed to mail chocks.
A motion was made and seconded thaetthe motion made at
the rov. 10-57 meeting in re- the restriction placed against
the selling of lots in the Estervilt. a Addition be hereby
roo inded on condition that Mr a Kresse reduce the stook pile
of dirt as quickly as possible.
Motionr carried
This action was brought about by reason of a misunderstand-
ing
A motion was made and seconded that the Town Board
Abandon the strips of Town Road which are included in the
new roads established in the Gerard Addd.tion but whioh have
e not at the present time been adopted by the Town Board.
Motion Carried
A motion was made and seconded that the Town Board
purchase a Bursh Sand ,Spreader from the Road Machinery Co.
at a price of $350.00 Town to pick up machine at Plante
Motion carried
A motion was made and seconded that the Town Board
Adopt the Roads in the Emil Kutcher 2 addition.
Notion carried
A motion was made and seconded that the hearing on the
Baker- Maousky oondemnation proceeding be adjourned until
next regular Board meeting Jan. 10-57.

A public meeting on planning with Mr. Shattuck was
not for Dec. 20,1957
A motion was made and seconded that the clerk be
Instructed to contact MR. BUd Wilcox in re- getting infor-
mation pertaing to arohiteotural plan for pew :own Hall .

A motion was mad* seconded the the Town charge a fee
of $5e00 for each time yith the Town snow plow. This asrvios
for drive grays only. Motion carried

A motion was made and seconded that QiMrthe Board hire
the Gronvall Co. to audit the Town records for the year
1967 and the Clerk be instructed to contact Mr. Gronval
at oMe,
