Whereas, Pursuant to Minnesota Ssatutes. Section 145.08 and 145.12 provision has been made for a Pub1lo Health Nursing District in that portion of hennepin County outside the City of Minneapolis and Whareass Pursuant to such authority such a Public Nursing has been organised and has been in operation for several years, and Whereas, it is deemed necessary to continue the operation of such Nursing District and to provide it with adequateffor its '(funds) proper operation. i Now.
